Acceptance

By joining the Kwiker waitlist or using any Kwiker service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Kwiker platform. We will invite members in batches as we scale. Waitlist position may be adjusted at our discretion.

Acceptable use

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You may not use Kwiker for illegal activities or to sell prohibited goods
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack Kwiker infrastructure

Intellectual property

All Kwiker branding, code, and content is the property of Kwiker Technologies Ltd. You may not copy or reproduce any part of Kwiker without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Kwiker is provided as-is during the pre-launch period. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on information provided on this site or delays in platform access.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
